Managing Projects with Mind Maps and Kanban

Teg has been involved in training and development most of his adult life, including physical instructor and leadership trainer in the military, technology training in the police, stand-up trainer in various organizations, and developing eLearning solutions. He has been using mind mapping tools to help gather and sort information for courses he has developed. He has used Kanban as part of his toolset to help visualize and keep track of tasks across multiple projects.
