The six thinking hats method allow for parallel thinking. This makes groups think together more effectively, and it facilitates decision making.

It was created by Edward de Bono, and it is now widely used throughout the continents in a multitude of industries and contexts.

White - information
Red - Emotions
Black - Bad points judgment
Yellow - Good points judgment
Green - Creativity
