The author, Henry Stewart, is the founder of Happy Limited which has been voted the Training Company of the Year twice and runner up 4x. Henry, a charismatic figure - gave away copies of his book at the recent Learning Technologies / Learning and Skills conference & exhibition. I was lucky enough to receive a couple of copies. Henry's book offers such great insights and truths into how to create a happy workplace. It also provides clear sign-posts (see built-in links) to further recommended reading. Henry is planning a showcase event of his own entitled Creating Happy Workplaces (24th April, London). This mind map has also been created as a clickable image. and can be access in my web site at http://chanctonbury.org/happy-manifesto
