One of my favourite marketing/branding books is "Lovemarks" by Kevin Roberts (CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi) and recently I have been re-reading it as a refresher!

This map outlines some of the key reasons why Roberts believes the traditional 'brand-centric' focus of marketing departments is no longer keeping up with reality, and why many brands appear to have run out of energy!
