NWES Reality Reframe Template (Living Coaching Map 5)

You've been lied to if you think Life is meant to be easy! Life is a series of daring adventures where you as the heroine of hero need to triumph! To do this, you will need to learn to reframe reality so that it serves your purpose. This Map use my Thinking Ink process of colour codes to challenge your interpretation of reality, and reframe it so that you can move forward. It begins with the Noesis (perception) of the truth - describe your challenge as it is. We then move to asking ourselves what's good and what's bad (Opportunities and Threats) in this scenario. Next we get the educational element by using imagination to engineer an alternative outcome - if I'd done 'x' the outcome would have been 'y'. Every time we get this kind of insight, education has taken place. Finally we ask ourselves, "So what next?" We must take fresh and innovative action in the light of this reflective process. In this way we can reframe 'reality' so that it has valuable meaning for our future.
