I often sing with my Dad's band, and this year I have a few new songs to learn. Mind Maps are great for memorisation, whether it be for revision, learning formulas, languages, learning lines and even learning song lyrics!

I find that the branches not only help me to 'visualise' the structure of the song, but also remind me of any key changes or differences in rhythm. Additionally, if you are singing with the words in front of you, a mind map is easier to glance at and you can see verses clearer!
