Many people think of fitness in terms of exercise and physique. While this is certainly an important component, I tend to consider my fitness in three parts: Body Fitness - The physical condition my body is in, and what I can do to improve it. Mind Fitness - How I feel in my mind, and where I can feel a need to improve. Financial - The state of my finances! I try to work on all three, and that tends to make me feel fairly "fit" all round! This Mind Map is an example of how I explore the different aspects of fitness and decide upon my areas for improvement and set targets. Try it yourself!
