London 10K Races 2011

In an effort to encourage me to keep up/increase my running and exercise activities, I have entered myself into a few 10K races in London over the next two months. It's a good way for me to keep trying to improve and ensure I don't stop my exercise routine, and is also going to be a great way of seeing some nice new parts of London! A mind map provided the perfect way for me to gather together the different races I have found, and see a simple snapshot of them all quickly and easily. It has also helped me to keep track of which races I have entered, and each of their details. I have the map printed out on A3 paper on the wall of my house to remind me and motivate me to keep up my running.
