Eden is Alive

As a trainer and entertainer (An Entertrainer) I believe that people should pursue happiness - a life to the full. There is a recipe for life - captured in this map - that works well as a strategy for building organisations that accentuate life rather than drain it. Living Organisations® are exciting places to work - which is why I chose the Eden Project in Cornwall as a good example. This is an organisation that is moving towards a noble set of goals, it is growing its own future leaders, and motivating them. It eliminates waste, interacts with its community, and is sensitive to its environment - all signs of life.
